Application

Application Surface Features

Substances preventing adhesion on the application surface (dust, oil, dirt, etc.) should be cleaned. Very dry and hot surfaces should be wetted. The surface to be plastered should not be exposed to excessive sun, and should not be exposed to air flow and strong wind. Ambient temperature should not be below +5 ° C and above +35 ° C. It should not be applied on more or less cooked brick surface.

Preparation of Mortar

Water is put into a clean container, and Aygips L ight Machine Spray Plaster is sprayed onto water. Spray process should continue till gypsum comes over water. Wait for 2-3 minutes in order to dampen gypsum. In order to obtain a homogenous mixture mechanical agitator should be used. Mortar, obtained after mixture, is ready to use.

Application

Concrete surfaces, the surface is made ready for plastering with AYGIPS Gypsum Plaster Primer Coat. Ano laths are placed on the other wall surface. It is applied by spraying mortar between the anos using plaster machines and mixers. Plaster with a thickness of at least 10 mm, maximum 25 mm, maximum 10 mm and maximum 15 mm on the ceiling can be applied. After the first gauge, the second gauge should be made before the surface is completely dry. The surface should be cleaned by brushing after 30-40 minutes. If a glossy surface is desired, it should be polished with a trowel. AYPAN Corner Bead should be used for corners and AYPAN Gypsum Plaster Mesh should be used for different material passages.
