According to the project and details,
· Aypan DU profiles made of galvanized steel sheet according to TS EN 14195 must be fixed to the base and ceiling by using Aypan screws and plastic dowels at 60 cm intervals.
·Aypan sound insulation tape should be affixed behind the Aypan DC profiles (made in accordance with TS EN 1495) to be attached to DU and side walls.
·The DC profiles should be dimensioned according to the wall height (cut if necessary). The DC profiles must be inserted between the DU profiles at 40 or 60 cm intervals.
·If desired, rockwool plates of appropriate thickness and density should be placed between the DC profiles.
·Aypan should be cut and dimensioned and the first layer should be fixed to the profiles with 25 mm and the second layer 35 mm.
·This should be done in the same way on the other side of the wall. Aygips joint filler plaster should be pre-filled into gaps more than 3mm. Screw heads should be covered with Aygips grouting plaster. Joint tape should be adhered to Aypan joints.
·A partition wall should be formed by applying Aygips joint filler plaster on the joint tape.

Performance
Non-carrier partition wall system. It is formed by screwing two layers of Aypan on both sides of a single metal frame (Aypan DC) made of galvanized steel sheet.
It can be used in all kinds of buildings such as office, hospital, hotel, residence where more wall height, sound and fire resistance performance is required than 1TP11. max. It can be applied to a height of 6.95 m.
·The average weight of the system is 42-44 kg / m2.
· Fire resistance Aypan® White with F 60, Aypan® Red with F90 `is. To improve the sound and heat performance of the system, insulation boards such as rock wool can be placed between the profiles. When rockwool is used, the sound insulation performance of the system is between 50-55 dB.
· Aypan Sound Insulation Tape should be adhered to the profile backs on the surfaces where the flooring and wall intersect, and measures should be taken against sound bridges. The gap between the profiles can be used as the installation passage.
